Nacelle or cowling is entirely made of carbon fiber. The intake or plenum is a venturi design with proprietary 90º turning vane for increased efficiency and reduced ITT temperatures.
The Propeller is a MT-Propeller specifically made for the Turbine Toucan. It is an MTV-16 with 100" diameter and is full range, fully reversible. Spinner is made of Kevlar.
Solid State Ignition system is provided by Unison Industries. Ignition system includes Exciters, Ignitors and leads.
The engine employs a proprietary oil system design to increase vertical duration.

Wings incorporate full span ailerons which not only increase roll rate but also vectors thrust while hovering in the vertical. Wings and fuselage are all double covered to increase strength, due to both high speed and excessive thrust.
Cockpit has unique innovations including a custom canopy and frame system, custom carbon fiber seat, custom made throttle quadrant, fully adjustable rudder pedals and two independent Halon fire systems.

The avionics consists of a VR TSLM, two comm's, an audio panel, MFD, Mode S transponder, TSLM, EFIS system and Telemetry.

The MFD (multi-function display) consists of GPS/ Moving map, Traffic Information System and Weather Satellite uplink.
The EFIS (Electronic Flight Information System) consists of airspeed and altitude tapes, vertical speed indicator, heading indicator, turn coordinator, G meter and a fully functional HSI.
The TSLM (Turbine Starter Limiter & monitor) is a sophisticated microprocessor that performs full auto starting. The TSLM controls the sequential activation of the different gas turbine start components such as torch fuel, torch ignition and starter motor engagement while monitoring turbine temperature, gas-generator speed and voltage in order to safely start the engine. It also provides redundant instrument monitoring.
The Telemetry system provides all engine parameters to ground based crew via RS232 at 900MHz at up to 40 miles in real-time. This system provides an additional margin of safety by letting the pilot focus on the aerobatic routine. Crew can warn pilot of unusual trends that might not be immediately seen during a performance.
