Today we officially registered with Guinness for two world record attempts. World’s fastest biplane and only biplane in history to hover. Guinness is in the process of reviewing our attempts, so we should hear back in 4-6 weeks. We are going with Guinness because the FAI does not have these as categories.
In 1941, the Fiat CR42B (prototype) made history with a speed of 324mph. This is a record that has never been challenged in 66 years. We're hoping that Guinness will give us the opportunity to make history!
Stay tuned for more news on these fronts.

Today the FAA has approved the Maintenance and Inspection program, required for turbine installations on Experimental aircraft. This required document is the last element needed before an airworthiness certification can be issued. The FAA should issue us the airworthiness certificate the next week, clearing the way for first flight the second week in April.
